If a user chooses to use this website, they do so at their own risk. Neither Kramont d.o.o. or any other legal or natural person, who participated in creation and/or production of this website is responsible for any damage or harm, which may occur as a result of accessing, using or being unable to use any information on this website or as a result of a mistake or deficiency in the content of this website.

All information and images included on the Vila Vita website are, in a legally permitted boundaries, a subject of a copyright protection or other forms of intellectual property protection. Documents, published on this website, can be reproduced, but only for non-commercial purposes, whereby all copyright and other disclaimers must be preserved in their original forms and cannot be transcripted or reproduced in any way for commercial purposes. Brands and service marks, included on this website are either registered trademarks of Kramont d.o.o., or Kramont d.o.o. has an explicit permission to use them.

Kramont d.o.o. reserves the right to change content of the website any time in any way, regardless of reason and without a warning. By this, Kramont d.o.o. does not take any responsibilities for any consequences of such changes.

Reservations

We offer two types of reservations of our facilities on our website, either by web reservation form or by contact form. In both cases, a user must input all the necessary data and sent reservation queries. During the reservation process, information about credit cards and other payment means is not needed nor required. Once we receive your reservation, we will send you a quotation for an advance payment of minimal 30% of the full reservation price. When the advice payment is received, you will receive reservation confirmation. The advance of minimal 30% of the full reservation price must be paid in the next 24 hours of receiving the quotation. In case of the advance not being paid in next 24 hours, the reservation is cancelled and not confirmed and is automatically deleted from our preliminary reservation system. In case of next 24 hours including weekend or holiday, the time frame is proportionately extended until next working day. The rest of the full reservation price (70%) must be paid upon arrival to Vila Vita at registration.

Reservation cancellation

Guests have the right to cancel a reservation. The cancellation must be sent in writing or via email at least 24 hours before arrival.  In case of cancellation, we keep advance which was already paid (30% of the full reservation price), regardless of when the cancellation was made.

Final provisions

All the prices from the offer of Kramont d.o.o. already include VAT. Any dispute between parties shall be submitted to Kranj county court.

Kramont d.o.o. is not responsible for occasional website inactivity, possible inaccuracy of information or for any harm, which may occur as a result of using an inaccurate or incomplete information.

Any use of devices, software, or any other means of impacting performance and functionalities of the website is prohibited. Any use of robots, web crawlers or other automatic and manual means of controlling or copying our website and its content is prohibited without explicit approval from authorized representative of Kramont d.o.o.

Vila Vita website can contain technical irregularities and typographical errors. Kramont d.o.o. reserves the right to change, correct and improve the website in regard to information about products and programs any time without a warning.
