Each apartment has high speed WiFi as well as their own AC units that guests can customize to their own needs and wishes. In multi-story apartments each floor has its own AC unit.
Linens and towels are provided in all Vila Vita apartments. At your request, we will also provide you with a crib, a highchair for feeding, if you are visiting with a baby or a small child, and, if needed, also a baby changing station. In case of sleeping on the additional bed, we will supply you with a Dormeo topper and linens.

The lighting is generously divided in the rooms, there is also the option of dimming the rooms completly with electric shutters.
Living rooms are equipped with large LCD TV sets with over 500 TV and radio programmes. Living spaces boast with comfortable, custom made sofas which can be transformed in an extra bed with an over-insert measuring 120×200 cm.
All the beds in dimensions of 90×200 cm or 180×200 cm are ‘Latoflex’ and the mattresses are the hight of 27 cm.
The kitchens are fully equipped and provide everything the guests may need for preparing their meals. The hobs for preparing food are all induction and have kitchen hoods to ventilate the space. The integral part of the kitchen is also the cutlery in an appopriate number to each apartment, several types of dishes, microwave, toaster/grill, capsule coffee machine and an electric kettle. Each kitchen has its own dishwasher and any utensils for washing dishes. For the comfort while enjoying the meals, we provided comfortable chairs and large dining tables.
At your arrival we prepare a few coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets.
Each apartment, with the exception of Apartment 1, has its own room for children so while you watch TV in the evening, the children can sleep without any noise reaching them. With prior notice we can arrange a changing table, a smaller bath for babies, a crib and a high chair.
All the bathrooms and toilets have air ventilation and fan air extarction.
The bathrooms have plugs if you need to use a shaver or any other appliances. The mirrors have additional overhead lighting.
All of our apartments have two toilets, one is in the main bathroom and an additional one, with the exception of Apartment 1.
Each apartment has a balcony or an atrium.
In all the apartments you will find instructions for a carefree and safe use of the space and the use of the LCD TVs.
Apartment 1
Aparment 1 is located on the ground floor and is easily accesible for families with small children. It has one (1) bedroom with a bed measuring 180×200 cm and an additional bunk bed (2x 90×200 cm). The sofa in the living room, with an over-insert, acts as an additional bed measuring 120×200 cm.
The bathroom has his and hers sinks, a shower and a toilet. The modern kitchen has all the appliences you might need and a dining area. The living room boasts with a comfortable sofa and a large LCD TV and a coffee table.
The apartment also has a large atrium with an outdoor seating area.
Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is easily accesible for families with small children. It has two (2) bedrooms, the first one with a bed measuring 180×200 cm and the second one with a bunk bed (2x 90×200 cm). The sofa in the living room, with an over-insert, acts as an additional bed measuring 120×200 cm.
The bathroom has his and hers sinks, a shower and a toilet. The apartment has an additional toilet that is separated from the main bathroom.

Apartment 3
Apartment 3 has a balcony and is located on the first floor. The large balcony allows children playing and enjoyment of the seating area.
It has two (2) bedrooms, the frist one with a bed measuring 180×200 cm and the second one with a bunk bed, the lower bed measuring 120×200 cm and the higher one measuring 90×200 cm.

- the balcony with a view of the ski slopes and a seating area
- the first bedroom with a bed measuring 180×200 cm
- the second bedroom with a bed measuring 90×200 cm
- the living room with a large LCD TV, a comfortable sofa (additional bed with an over-insert) and a coffee table
- the dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The lower level also has a bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower and a separated toilet.
The third bedroom is located in the higher level with three separate beds measuring 90×200 cm, here you will also find the second bathroom with a shower, his and hers sinks and a toilet.

Apartment 6
Aparment 6 is a duplex apartment that has two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. It is located on the second floor.
In the lower level of the apartment you will find:
- two smaller balconies and one larger balcony with an outdoor seating area
- the first bedroom with a bed measuring 180×200 cm with an extra child cot measuring 70×160 cm
- the living room with a large LCD TV, a comfortable sofa (additional bed with an over-insert) and a coffee table
- the dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
The lower level also has a bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower and a separated toilet.
The second bedroom is located in the higher level with three separate beds measuring 90×200 cm, here you will also find the second bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet.

Apartment 7
Our superior triplex with three (3) bedrooms and three (3) bathroms is located in the loft of Vila Vita.
The living spaces are located in the lower level:
- the kitchen with a smaller balcony
- the living room with a large LCD TV, a comfortable sofa (additional bed with an over-insert) and a coffee table
- dining room with upholstered chairs
- large balcony with outdoor seating
- toilet.
In the middle level there is the first bedroom with a bed measuring 180×200 cm with a private balcony, a bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower and a separated toilet.
The second bedroom boasts with a bed measuring 90×200 cm and a bathroom with a bath, a sink and a toilet.
The higher level of the loft is where you will find the third bedroom with three seperate beds measuring 90×200 cm. There is also a bathroom with his and hers sinks, a shower and a toilet.
